Explore The Rhythmic Sounds of Nature: a musical calendar featuring twelve pieces inspired by the six distinct seasons of Springbrook National Park. Drawing upon First Nation perspectives, particularly insights from Aunty Mary Graham (September 1, 2022), an Aboriginal elder with Kombumerri heritage, and Uncle Dillon, a member of the Yugambeh-Bundjalung nation, each season is richly portrayed. I aimed to collect the photos capturing these seasonal nuances, enhanced by the unique perspective of photographer Christy Gallois, offering a fresh outlook on this captivating project.
